Mr. Cox handles a broad range of civil litigation matters including commercial liability and tort actions. He has worked with numerous clients on cases involving business disputes, regulatory compliance, commercial and construction litigation, contract drafting and negotiation, and equity sales.

Mr. Cox graduated from the University of Texas with a degree from the prestigious Plan II Honors program, and certificates in Business Foundations and Core Texts & Ideas, and received a Dean’s Scholarship to attend the SMU Dedman School of Law. Throughout law school, he successfully argued in moot court and served as a staff and article editor of the International Law Review Association, which publishes the second-most widely circulated legal journal in the world: THE INTERNATIONAL LAWYER. Mr. Cox also trained at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas - where he worked on complex cases involving fraud kickback schemes, and personal injury defense – and he also worked as a briefing attorney for a highly respected judge in the Southern District of Texas.

In addition to his training in defending clients’ rights in the courtroom, Mr. Cox received formal training as a civil mediator, making him well-prepared to guide clients through the mediation process before trial and achieve cost-effective solutions to legal problems.
