As a Shareholder with the Firm, Mr. Romero handles a broad range of civil litigation matters, including tort actions, commercial liability, and the prosecution of subrogation claims. He also has extensive experience defending complex tort actions against electric utility companies, including matters pending in Texas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Colorado and Nevada. Mr. Romero offers significant courtroom and trial experience, and regularly speaks to professional organizations regarding risk management and avoidance, and other legal matters. He regularly works directly for electric utilities to consult them on contract formation and risk avoidance issues.
